Addictions can fill a person's life with darkness, but with faith and the support of a community, it is possible to find a path to freedom. In our church, we believe that true rehabilitation begins with a return to God.
Psalm 34:18
"The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit."This verse reminds us that God is always close when we are suffering. He hears our cries and is ready to support us in difficult times.
Accepting Jesus Christ as your personal Savior is the first and most important step on the path to recovery. When we invite Him into our hearts, we open the door to transformation. Our addictions do not simply become “less,” they vanish under the influence of God's power.
Romans 12:2
"Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God—what is good and acceptable and perfect."Through prayer, studying the Bible, and communal worship, we can align our minds with God’s truths, helping us overcome the constraints of addiction.
It is also important to have a community where you can receive support. A community can be a wonderful place to share experiences and gain wisdom from those who have gone through similar struggles. Proverbs 27:17
"Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another."Mutual support is critical for healing.
In the rehabilitation from addiction, it is also important to learn to forgive yourself for past mistakes. God is always ready to forgive us if we genuinely repent. 1 John 1:9
"If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."This message of hope can become the foundation of our new life.
We invite you to join our church to find time for fellowship, prayer, learning the word of God, and supporting one another. Don’t be afraid to open up and share your experiences. Together, we can become stronger and overcome all challenges.
Remember, no matter how difficult the circumstances may be, with God, all things are possible. Your life can be restored, and you can become a testimony to God’s greatness!
Stay with us on this journey of healing, for you are not alone. We are here to support you!
