Freedom from Addictions through Faith

Addictions can become a serious obstacle on the path to a happy and fulfilling life. They not only destroy relationships with people but also distance us from God. However, we believe that with the help of our faith and the support of our community, true freedom can be achieved.

By exploring the Bible, we can find numerous examples of how God has helped people in their difficulties. The power of His word and faith is capable of changing hearts and habits. When we turn to Him with sincere intentions, He is ready to extend a hand of help to us.

One of God's most powerful promises is that He is always with us, even in the most challenging times.

Isaiah 41:10

"Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."

These words provide us with a sense of protection and hope, especially when the struggle seems too heavy.

The existence of addiction can arise from various causes: emotional, psychological, or even spiritual. It is important to recognize that the need for help is not a weakness. Faith in God can serve as the foundation for our recovery.

Our Protestant church supports rehabilitation programs that include prayer meetings, spiritual conversations, and support groups. We believe that through prayer, fellowship, and the teaching of God's word, we can overcome any difficulties.

Each of us has the right to a new beginning. It is essential to understand that by turning to God, we receive not only forgiveness but also the strength for change.

2 Corinthians 5:17

"Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new!"

Remember, God does not care how many times you have fallen; what matters is whether you are ready to rise again.

True freedom from addictions comes through Jesus Christ. We invite all who feel the burden of addiction to join our community. Together we can support one another in the search for strength, hope, and restoration.

Do not be afraid to reach out for help, for in unity, there is strength. Your life can change, and we believe that God has a glorious purpose for each of us that is waiting to be fulfilled.
