Freedom from Addictions through Faith

Addictions are a serious issue that can affect anyone, regardless of age or social status. They can rob us of our joy, peace, and success in life. However, we have hope and a way out of this darkness – and that is our faith in Christ!

The Bible speaks of the great power granted to us through faith and prayer. As it says

Romans 12:2

"Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing, and perfect will."

We must change our thinking and believe that freedom is possible.

Addictions are often linked to emotional and psychological problems. Therefore, it is important to turn to God, as He is our strength and support.

Philippians 4:13

"I can do all this through him who gives me strength."

This revelation should give us the courage and faith that we can overcome any difficulties that stand before us.

However, faith is not the only factor in overcoming addictions. Many need support from the community, for

Proverbs 27:17

"As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another."

Join your efforts with others who are also seeking freedom, for prayer and support.

In our church, everyone has the opportunity to join a support group where we pray for one another. This is extremely important, as through collective prayer we can gain great strength.

James 5:16

"Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective."

Do not be afraid to seek help. Our church is here for you. We strive to provide an environment where everyone can find answers to their problems. We understand that the path to healing can be difficult, but Jesus Christ has promised that He will never leave us nor forsake us.

Hebrews 13:5

"...Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you."

Receive this promise in your life. If you are struggling with addiction or know someone who is suffering, we invite you to join our ministry at our church. Not alone, but together with God and our community, you can find the path to freedom!

Let us pray together for those who need deliverance. May each of us find freedom from addictions through faith, hope, and love that is in Christ!
