Friends, in our church, we have an extraordinary opportunity to serve children. Children's ministry is not just a program; it is a remarkable mission that lays the foundation for their faith in Christ. When children come to church, we should encourage them to know God's love, teach them to pray, and set an example of how to live in accordance with God's commandments.
We understand that children are the most vulnerable members of our society, which is why it is important to provide them with the right spiritual lessons. 2 Timothy 3:15
“And that from childhood you have known the holy scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus.”This verse emphasizes that knowledge of God and His Word should begin in childhood.
In our church, we create an atmosphere where every child can feel comfortable. Children can ask questions, watch videos, play interactive games, and most importantly, learn through practical activities. This helps them absorb biblical principles in an understandable and accessible way.
However, it is important not only to teach children but also to show them an example. Matthew 5:16
“Let your light shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.”This means that we, as adults, must demonstrate love and kindness in all that we do. When children see us adhering to God's principles, they will follow our example.
We also invite parents to actively participate in their children's spiritual development. Proverbs 22:6
“Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it.”Parents can help children pray, read the Bible at home, and discuss spiritual lessons. This is important for both children and parents – spiritual growth happens together.
Another important aspect is teaching children to serve others. Mark 10:45
“For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many.”This principle makes our children sensitive to the needs of others, teaching them that serving is an essential part of Christian life.
We strive to involve children in various activities, outings, gatherings with affirmations, and good deeds. Through this, they can practice their service and engage in living communication with God. In this way, children can learn to live according to God's commandments, which teach us to serve others with joy.
We invite all children and their parents to join us for our parties, where we will have a fun time, study the Word of God, and serve one another. Let’s create a community together where love and faith hold the first place in our hearts! Every child is a gift from God, and we must give them the best we have.
We believe that by God's grace, our children's ministry will become a powerful tool in shaping future generations who will love God and serve Him throughout their lives.
