Charity and Blessing

We live in a society where many people are in need of help. Often, we may feel the urge to share with others, but we don't always know how to do it properly. God's word inspires us to charity, and it is very important to understand the principles that underlie this.

One of the key verses that speaks about generosity is

Luke 6:38

“Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, will be put into your bosom; for with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you.”

. This verse reminds us that what we give will return to us. It is not only about material things but also about love, support, kindness, and mercy.

Sharing with others can take various forms. It can be financial assistance as well as help in words, time, or resources. Charity does not always require large sums of money – sometimes it is enough to simply offer your support or listen to someone in need.

When we share, we also receive blessings. These blessings manifest in our hearts, in our relationships with others, and in our understanding of God's grace. The more we give, the more we become aware of how generous God is towards us.

In our difficult and challenging times, when many people are facing hardships, we, as a church, must be a light. This is the calling given to us. We are to share our time, resources, and goodness. God calls us to be a helping hand for those in need.

So how can we practically share with others? First, start with what surrounds you. Explore your community, talk to people, and find out what they need help with. It could be the hungry, the homeless, or even people who just need a push to find their way again.

Second, share not only materially. Pray for those around you. Often, our prayers can be the greatest support for someone. Don’t forget that even a simple word of encouragement or a wish can change a person's life.

And finally, do not hesitate to share testimonies of God’s grace in your life. When you talk about how God has blessed you, it can become an inspiration for others. Our testimonies are a powerful tool that can lead many to God.

In conclusion, remember that our acts of charity will not go unnoticed. Every act of love, every gesture of kindness returns to us from God. Therefore, let your hearts always be open to sharing with others!
