With Love to Children

Ministry to children has always been an important component in the life of every church, for children are the future of our faith and the future of our community. It is essential to understand that by raising children in love for God, we are laying the foundations for their spiritual growth throughout their lives.

Let us recall what the Scriptures say:

Psalm 127:3

"Children are a heritage from the Lord, offspring a reward from Him."

Children are a gift from God. They need our attention, care, and guidance in the right faith. Every father and mother must understand the importance of how they shape their children's spiritual journey.

First of all, the foundation of ministry to children should be love. Every child should feel important and valued. Love and acceptance make an indescribable difference in the lives of children. The Bible says:

1 John 4:19

"We love because He first loved us."

If we aspire to be bearers of God's love, we must learn to love our children as God loves us.

Furthermore, it is important to teach children the fundamentals of faith. In our church, we conduct various lessons where children can learn about the Bible, about Jesus Christ, about prayer, and about the truths they can live by in their daily lives. As the Bible says:

Proverbs 22:6

"Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it."

This shows that everything we teach our children will stay with them for a lifetime.

Equally important is creating a safe environment for children, where they can grow in faith. We strive to maintain a friendly, open, and supportive atmosphere where every child can freely express their thoughts and feelings about God. As it is written:

Matthew 19:14

"Jesus said, 'Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.'

These words emphasize the importance of children in God's work.

In conclusion, I urge all parents, grandparents, and church members to join the ministry to children. Together we can accomplish much to help our children grow in faith and strong love for God. Time spent with children is time invested in eternity.

Stay with us for all our events, where we offer exciting activities for children, discuss important topics, and, most importantly, paint images of Jesus that can remain with them for a lifetime!

Bless the children in their lives, for they are the ones who will lead our church tomorrow!
