Today we will talk about one of the most important aspects of our faith – God's plan of salvation. This is not just a phrase, but a profound truth that reveals how God works in our lives and what He has done for our salvation.
In
Galatians 4:4-5we see how God, at the time appointed by Him, sends His Son, Jesus Christ, to be our Savior. This is not a coincidence; it is a manifestation of God's plan, where every element is important."But when the fullness of the time had come, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the law, to redeem those who were under the law, that we might receive the adoption as sons."
Salvation is not a result of our deeds, but is a gift from God. The Lord observed humanity, which had lost its way through sin and needed rescue. He decided to send His Son to restore that loss. Jesus Christ was born into the world to show us what true life is and to be a light in our darkness.
God's plan of salvation encompasses not only concessions and laws but the essence lies in love.
Romans 5:8This testifies that regardless of our actions, God's love is always with us. He does not wait until we become perfect to grant us salvation."But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us."
There is a tremendous radical change in God's salvation: we receive adoption. In
Galatians 4:5It speaks of the fact that through Jesus Christ, we become children of God. This is the greatest privilege in our lives – to be part of God's family. When we accept Christ, we receive not only the forgiveness of sins but also a new identity."that we might receive the adoption as sons."
God’s plan of salvation is eternal and unchanging. Throughout the centuries, God has shown His love for humanity, calling to repentance and reconciliation.
2 Peter 3:9This shows that salvation is an opportunity for all who seek God."The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is long-suffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance."
It is important to remember that we can be participants in this plan of salvation. When we share this good news with others, we become instruments of God's work in the lives of others. Each of us is called to a mission to bring Christ's light into the darkness.
Therefore, dear brothers and sisters, remember that God's plan of salvation is not just a personal matter but a global reality. Believe that in your life you are part of this plan. Accept God's love and then share it with others. Jesus Christ is our Savior, our Redeemer, and through Him, we have eternal life.
